Les cartes Eiconcard S Series sont des cartes X25 d'interface WAN multi-protocoles pour les serveurs à bus PCI. Les Eiconcard S Series sont conçues pour les serveurs d'application LAN des bureaux distants. Elles offrent un port VHSI (Very High Speed Interface) ainsi qu'un port RNIS BRI, supportent des vitesses de ligne jusqu'à 2 Mbps (T1/E1) et 128 Kbps respectivement.

Les Eiconcard S Series vous permettent de vous connecter via de nombreux protocoles WAN tels que X.25, Frame Relay, PPP, SDLC et HDLC, sur des lignes spécialisées, commutées ou RNIS. Elles déchargent le serveur des tâches de bas niveau de protocole, ce qui permet d'économiser les ressources CPU du serveur.
Les Eiconcard S Series fonctionnent avec le logiciel de connectivité d'Eicon Networks, et sont supportées par les outils de développement d'Eicon Networks et par des logiciels Tierce-Partie.

Les Eiconcard S Series sont garanties 5 ans.

Les Eiconcard S Series incluent maintenant la nouvelle Eiconcard S94 V2. Bâtie selon un nouveau design (Freescale 852T/98MHz et 16 MO SDRAM), elle offre une interface PCI 2.2 66MHz/64 bit 3.3 Volt. Cette nouvelle carte extrêmement performante remplace l'Eiconcard S94 66 MHz.
